No-Show and Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events can happen. However, to ensure we can serve all of our patients, we kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to cancel or reschedule in advance and do not show up, a non-refundable exam deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule, so we can maintain timely care for all patients.
